Working on a large business change programme and we are all rolling our sleeves up and coming up with some great process but felt that I was missing something… the users, the stakeholders of change.

I personally find it so easy to crawl into the comfort zone of some great process and ideas and forget to involve the very people who will be using it… doh!

Its about more than thinking the think, its about talking the talk all across the programme
